Hi Truth,
We stopped using adjustable height pedestals several years ago due to poor quality and abnormally high warranty claims. We have since opted for raised helms...with much success. Perhaps you can purchase aftermarket pedestals from Springfield and they should fit our bases. Please check with your dealer for suggestions. TB

Thanks for the info. My seat on a 2008 doesn't raise up. Your answer explains the problem
