Hey Tooners.... how long does it normally take for water to make it out the spout on a 115 Yamaha. I started it on the muffs tonight and chickened our after no water made it up. Probably a minute max. Did I get impatient or so I have an issue?
It usually doesn't take that long, but I know it can be a little finicky. I used to have to move them around a little to make sure I had a really good seal on it.
I know for mine I have to tape off the front intake when I use the ears (not a Yamaha!) just make sure I turn the water on first, trust me on how I know!
I had this same concern once. It takes mine about 10 seconds to start flowing. I'm with Derrick. A full minute sounds a little long.
Along with Derrick's comment about sealing all the intakes, and this is a little obvious, but I'll ask anyway, do you think you need to turn up the water?

I have a 115 and it would not flush with the old style muffs with the water inlet on one side. The only muffs that work for me are the dual feed style otherwise no pee.
