Seastar Hydraulic Steering is it enough for a 150 Yamaha or should it be power steering

My power steering is smooth and effortless from stop to stop, regardless of the trim level. I love the consistent feel. You should have your service folks look at it.I plan to ask the service manager this question but thought I might start here. I have power-assist steering and have always assumed that I have to find the "sweet spot" for it to work smoothly. For example, the steering is pretty tight when I'm trimmed all the way down. Frankly, it only feels like "finger-tip steering" when I am trimmed midway up. I just assumed that is the way it's supposed to be until a seasoned boater drove the boat. He seemed to think that it move alot smoother regardless of the trim. Any thoughts?
I have Seastar's Baystar hydraulic steering and my 4 yr old navigated us out 7 miles this past weekend. Of course I handled the throttle and gave her some direction to keep clear of other vessels. Needless to say she could manage all big turns at speed without too much effort. If a 4yr old can steer this big heavy boat and big heavy motor that easily, I'd imagine the more powerful Seastar models would be a breeze on 150 and smaller motors. That makes me want to upgrade to hydraulic!!! I mean, if just plain hydraulic is so good that people think it's power, it should be a huge improvement over my cable steering!
