Has anybody have ever had problems with their swivel seats not locking? The drivers seat does not lock when swiveling it looks like the plastic sleeve has shifted around so it does not lock. Is there a way to shift it back around. Tried with hammer and a screwdriver but scared I will crack it. It's in there tight. I don't know how it shifted. Thanks for any replies.

Happened to me right from delivery date on both chairs. I was able to realign collar with some gentle persuasion. I adjusted pressure knob per instruction found on seat bottom, ( turn until tight then loosen a half turn ). Problem occurred again, and again and again...... You get the picture. Hope someone chimes in with a solution!
