Boat doesn't even have 20 hours on it. We have the 24 dinette. Today out for a ride, some small waves, and the table top came off. They are just glued down and the glue let go. Anyone else had this problem. Kinda disappointed, I bought Bennington thinking I was buying one of the best.

They are sending a whole new table, but really makes me wonder about the boat.

Did the whole table go flying (everything but the post) or just the wood grain top part?  If it was the whole thing you aren't supposed to leave the table up during transport or I've heard at WOT either......we have left our up and haven't had an issue with ours yet.

If the table actually separated and the wood grain top came off the lower table base then yes that is a problem.  Look at it this way the tables are outsourced like any other manufacturer does with parts and pieces of their product.  You could have just gotten a bad table from said vendor and bennington would be none the wiser till several problems came about regarding the same thing.  At that point as a manufacturer you look a little deeper into your suppliers and start a real through quality control check.  If there is a problem with the tables I'm sure bennington will be stand behind them 100%......remember you do have a 7 year warranty!

Its the main, large table. The top part separated from the bottom wood frame. The glue didn't hold.

They are replacing it. Hope it ends with this.

We have used our table every time we go out since we got our boat. Perfect for eating our lunch etc. etc. We have trailered the boat at highway speeds and also have gone WOT with the table in place not to mention tubing skiing and wakeboarding. Not until last year when a forum member mentioned that you shouldn't travel over I think it was 15 mph with the table in place did I notice a little sticker on the pole with the warning on it.........

This isn't the small table on the stand. This is the big heavy table on my model. It has four seats around it. Its a permanent table on 2 legs. Sorry for the confusion.

Oh man! Sorry I misunderstood. They'll fix it or get you another one!

I feel your pain. We've had eight different issues with our brand new boat. The dealer has said they'll fix 'em all but that means not having it available for use or waiting until this Fall. I can only imagine what would have happened if we purchased a "lesser" brand. Probably would have sunk... :)

I wonder if they are bringing suppliers onto the bennington line who supplied the recently purchased X brands. If so they need to get their butts in gear.

No matter who the supplier. If you have good control plan, you should not need to worry. I think the majority of the challenges are on the back end (dealer installation.) Either way...yes, butts need to be put in gear.
