Toonmate Pontoon Guards

I use them. They work well but are cumbersome. You need to remove prior to boating because the tend to fall off.

Have a pair very similar (different manuf.).  They work well to protect the pontoons when docking but can't forget to remove them when underway as they will drag in the water, especially on the rear.  I use them even though I have a set of conventional bumpers which came with the boat and match the boat color.

I have them.  Thought they were a great idea until I used them at a raftup.  When the boats moved, they would unlatch.  I will never use them again.  Expensive lesson.

I liked the look and saw some on the boats and the marina but was afraid the quality would not hold up long. The ones at the marina were starting to look a little ragged.

The bottom that drops down look to be made of hard plastic. I'm wondering if those could damage the toons, possibly denting them?
