Towing another pontoon in the water

What is the best way to tow a disabled pontoon, approximately 3 miles and under a railroad bridge? Just trying to be prepared in case I were to be put in this positioned either as a tower or a towee (don't think that is a word but you get my drift) I have a 2275 Bennie with a 90 hp 2 stroke, with two toons.

If you have a pylon, get yourself a water ski shock tube and you won't have to worry about the rope ending up in your boat....if you need to go off the 2 u bolts get a bridal
