Ran over some debris in the TN River causing me to break a Garmin transducer bracket. If I will need to replace, and my R23 with ESP has to come out of the water, I would consider changing out to a bigger unit. If I go that route, any ideas on a bracket available to cover the garmin there now and extend out so you are not restricted to a 5” graph In the recess shown.

I changed mine on my 2014 RCW , to a 53DV Chirp. I contacted Gamin prior to my purchase and they emailed me a templet for the 53 .
Minimal cutting was required .
You can contact Gamin with the link below or call . They were Always helpful when I called them

I did Jack. They don’t make much in 5” anymore!
Did they have any suggestions ? They can email a templet for which ever model you think may fit .

I replaced the original Echo with this. It’s a 53 CV. There is a little bit more room there but I don’t think it’s enough for the 7” models. Like Jack suggested, get the template from Garmin and map it out.
