Tube Tow Harness

I have a tube tow harness that I used when towing a tube with my previous boat (a Sea Ray I/O) and would like to know if the harness can be connected to the eyes that are welded to the top of the rear of the outside logs or should it be connected to the two "U" bolts that are attached on the rear of the rubrail?

Team Bennington always recommends using the "U" bolts to attach a tow harness.

I have the same harness and it works perfect.
