We took delivery of our 2012 Bennington 22SSLX a little over a month ago. We have been pontoon owners for over 16 years and decided to order what we wanted. We ordered the Vinyl floor with snap out carpet. I must say this was the best option we could have purchased. The vinyl floor is easy to clean and the carpet goes in and out in just a couple of minutes. The carpet is light enough to roll up under your arm and carry to the house when the weekend is over. No more mold or moss growing on the rear step or up against the seat bases. Our boat is in the water year round so we deleted the vinyl logos and just have the Chrome Bennington on the Champagne sides. With the black bimini we have the sharpest easiest to care for boat on the lake. Thank you Bennington.

Congrats on your new Bennie! I couldn't agree more, the snap out carpet is the way to go IMHO.

We love our snap in carpet.

We love our snap in carpet.
Really like the vinyl floor wished we hadn't bought the carpet. Really see no need for it and we haven't put it in once yet after three months.

Our boat is our dog hauler. Feel like carpet is best with the dogs, but snap in makes cleansing a breeze.

The vinyl floor can get extremely hot without the carpet. That is why we keep ours in, its easy to take out and clean if needed, just walking off the carpet onto the rear swim platform or the front boarding platform can blister the tootsies real quick.
