I purchased a 2013 Bennington for just under $50,000.  I love the boat and two of my friends purchased boats because of how much they loved spending time my boat.    On the double chaise lounge in the back there are 2 armrest, 3 of the 4 corners have small spots where the leather is worn down.  Keep in mind I have used the boat only a handful of times and have on 6 hours on it.  I submitted the warranty claim through the dealership who agreed this was a claim that should be approved.  Unfortunately, Bennington denied my claim.  I called and spoke personally on 3 different occasions and was told there manager would call me back. ....this  was 2 weeks ago.  I was hoping form some advice on how to handle this .  I should also mention that one of the reasons I purchased this brand was because of the warranty and customer service.  Any info or advice is greatly appreciated.

I am guessing Bennington is choosing not to warranty this based on the fact that the damage seems to be wear induced, and not the result of a manufacturing or material defect?

Did you purchase your Bennington new?

I can't quite tell the orientation of some of your photos, but could some of the wear occurred during towing, like if the cover was installed during a (long) trip.

Maybe work with your dealership, they may have more pull than an individual, or at least work to make it right with you.

Hard to tell but it looks more like a wear mark and not defective.  Its very difficult to discern from photo.
