What model kicker speakers are standard on a 2024 20SXSR?

I order my boat with the speaker upgrade and a friend who has a 2022 has the same speakers as me and he didn't order the upgrade. I'm not happy with the speakers.

Have you checked with your dealer?
Year after year things that were once options are now standard equipment and some equipment that was standard is now an option .

I really don’t know, but maybe it’s an upgrade for some models and standard equipment on others. What you probably need is to add a subwoofer, which totally changes the overall sound. Use the search bar to find several posts that describe doing that in detail. I also have Kicker speakers, which didn’t do too much for me until I added the subwoofer. You can definitely spend a wad of cash to upgrade, but for around $350 you can really improve your sound.

So you have a S-series, the introductory model line. What model is your friends 2022? Standard features vary between models & layout options and model years. I suspect that’s probably in play, but sometimes you never know.

Those speakers were quickly removed from r23 and thrown in the trash. If you want good sound you need to add a amp and a speaker upgrade would help greatly. Your speaker upgrade package might have included a amp and a subwoofer.
