Winter Lift Storage

I have a question regarding how to store my lift for the winter. Currently I had a company that moved the lift 100 yards over rocks to a neighbor's yard, but that company is getting out of the business.
I have a very steep yard down to the water, with no place to place the lift on level ground. Any ideas for winter storage?
I was thinking of winching it up and placing some sort of bracket underneath???
Thoughts?

I have seen people use a winch on a 4x4, or tow straps attached to vehicle, to pull it partway up the hill and anchor to a tree with cables. Always looks like a headache. Another option is Sea Legs / Ultra Legs which have pluses and minuses.

On my lake in MN, we also have a provider that operates a barge pontoon with a small crane that removes the pontoon and takes it to a storage lot at the dealership. I would guess that is expensive as they have to repeat the process in the spring.
