Yamaha oil filter

Winterizing my Bennington that has a 50hp Yamaha on it. Order same oil and filter kit as last year. The filter I removed is a 5GH-13440-61. The new filter is a -80. Can I use the new one?

It's a superseding part, i.e. parts are often updated for various reasons and new parts #'s assigned but they fit.

You can see the 61 filter supersedes the 60 and 80 filter.
