Yamaha start switch

Recently bought 2250 pontoon and dont have voltage to gages. I suspect this part of the switch may be the problem but cant find where it plugs to. I see no color matches or similar plugs under the console. Any ideas what this is?

On my boat those wires connect to the gage harness. The yellow wire supplies power to the gages via a inline fuse. On my boat the power wire in the gage harness is purple. The black wire is ground. On most boats black wires are ground. The green wire supplies the signal to the tac. On my boat the tac signal wire in the gage harness is grey. The pink wire supplies the signal to the trim. On my boat the trim signal wire in the gage harness is black/white. Hope this helps.
