I had to pry mine up with a flat head screwdriver. They will pop off. Then there are 4 screws securing the speaker.

I am also running a 13.25 x 17 pitch prop on my Yamaha F115B.  20SLX with SPS.  I turn about 5950 Rpms  WOT running 35 mph.  

Thanks guys.  I was originally at 5900.  But after bout 25 hours on the boat I am just a hair under 6000.  

My cavitation plate appears to be even with the bottom of my middle tube. I still trim up to 3/4.

I trim up to 3/4 and sometimes a little over depending on lake conditions for max performance.  3 tube - SPS - lifting strakes on center tube

What max rpms are you seeing with the newer 115xb?  Thanks.  

Any ideas on removing welding slag on new toon?  My dealer tells me this is quite common on new toons during the building process.  They also tell me that removing it will just make it a more noticeable mark on the new toon with the sharkhide.  Has anyone dealt with this before?  Any thoughts or...
