We have the same problem. I am waiting for GREAT RESPONSES, that I know must be out there as there are so many of us Bennington Boat owners and it KILLS us to find new scrapes and dings on our beautiful boat !! from the high docks. :o

It is a spray on that soaks into the fabric. I washed the cover then draped it over a tall ladder so I could evenly spray the fabric. It was a sunny day yesterday so it dried well before I repositioned it on the boat... I will let you know for sure :) on its benefit of "no more" mildew...

The carport is not totally enclosed so the boat is protected from rain and has plenty of airflow thru it ..We have used fans to dry the carpet and such but just the condensation from the air here is unbelievable I am sorry to say.

I did use this product just this weekend after I tried to thoroughly clean the bimini cover but it did not remove the mildew stain. That is why I am looking for the remover...I quess the 3m remover was not right there at the boat supply store when I bought the 3m block

We did check that plate, it states the trailer is able to handle, I think it said, 3500# which IS STILL less than the certified 3760# weight of our boat, motor,and trailer (without being loaded up with things needed for a fun day on the lake :(

yes it does suck. The dealer we used is only about 10 miles from us. The next dealer is over 100 miles that deals with Benningtons. I was REALLY HOPING MAYBE one of the BENNINGTON TEAM would make a comment on this, I mean a dealer is selling their boat with an UNDER CUT of trailer capacity.
