Following, I did the same thing and now they look white. It looks ok, but I think it looked better before I did the wash. I used Toon brite. I thought maybe it would not be as aggressive.

I have a 2003 and I just bought new cleats from Bennington that cost about $45.00 a piece. My cleats looked exactly like those. After I got the cleats I google the part number and I could have bought them for about $17.00 a piece online. I did have to redrill a hole, the new one's were bigger...

What exactly are you looking for? Maybe somebody on here can help.
