Good morning to all. First of all I would like to thank everyone that gave me tips on how to deal with this insident. The dealership as decided to make things right by replacing the damaged pontoon free of charge. I'm very happy with the outcome. I also agree with one of the follower that it...
I'm not sure who is responsible. I don't think it came like that from the company. If it did, I would assume that the dealership would of do a one over prior to accepting it because f there experience. That being said, I'm curious to see what the dealership is going to do for me. One thing...
Thanks for many advices. I really didn't know what else could be an issue and what I should check. I honestly believe because it was a show peace, perhaps something went wrong at one point when putting it on the floor. I greatly appreciate you help and advice. I'll keep everyone posted.
absolutely like I said. If I was to sell it tomorrow, the dealership would see that and would see that issue and would take money because of that. It's allot of money and to have something like that, it's not acceptable.
no defiantly not launch site. It's a very nice one. I wish I had picture of the ramp but it's a really nice one. backed it up like any other time with my other boat...…. Like I said, It was a show boat that would be in display such places like a shopping center etc.
no it's not in Indiana. He said that he was to weld it and give 10 years warranty on the weld. I believe that he should just replace the pontoon. In the event that I would sale this pontoon, the potential buyer or dealership would question that and would never give me top dollar.
you are absolutely right and that is the argument that I have. you would never have had that done by running into rock, or anything like it. Just that little spot that made contact to the pavement is even and can easily noticeable.
