    further, gas tank locks are not required, per manufacturer  of the tanks,ameri-kart, the tanks.are made with an anti-theft system which disallows the entry of hoses to siphon gas.  this was proven, an attempt to steal gas on my boat left the thieves leaving the boat with the gas tank cap hanging...
