I got a 12v at Bass Pro, it works ok for loose particles, but it will not pull water from carpet. I've not seen one reviewed that really works good for wet carpet. I think you need to get a small ac powered unit (shop vac 3-5 gallon) and a small generator. That's what I did last fall and it pulled 90% of the water from my saturated carpet. You might be able to use a inverter but you have to use a big one as the shop vacs pull a lot of amps. You might kill your battery pretty quick.

Thanks ,Dave .

Besides the Vacuum ,I still want a 12 volt jumper box with the 12 volt plug .

I was thinking of plugging the vacuum into the jumper box .Most likely run the jumper box down ,I'll just have to take it home and recharge the box that day .

I have a cordless that works fine now ,as long as its not anything wet .Works great on spiders .

Yeah, my 12v is great for small stones, grass, etc ..... Just not water. Think I'm gonna throw a runner down this year to help keep dirt down.
