US Congress is very much aware of effects Ethanol can have on Marine use. They are thought to be debating for a solution. Presently, the moritorium seems to be relaxed in some areas. Unfortuneatly, the given Marina may be reluctant to consider the challange of adding tanks, the profit margin is not attractive or his distributor is the problem.

However, Ethanol free fuel is available at the local airport. The catch may be to use what is called an "N" number. Whereas, the fixed based operator is required to maintain records of fuel sales, each sale is recorded to an aircraft tail number. Note: Aviation gas lacks lubrication for the high RPM marine engine. Therefore, a low ratio 2 stroke mix/add is prudent.

Good to know.

In our region here in Texas and western Oklahoma, most distributors will put large signs in front of their business boasting of ethanol free fuel. I have several places spotted to utilize.

Thanks for the information.

Real Gas This is very helpful when looking for "real" corn free gas.
