Covered Dock Lighting

Hey folks,
I saw some older posts about this but haven't seen anything recent so I'd like to see if there is anyone who can share ideas on this.

I am at the point of getting our fully covered 28x30 dock wired by a licensed electrician for lighting and power for my boat lift. I'd like to get some ideas of what others have used for lighting and fans on their covered docks. I'm in the south and it gets pretty hot down on the dock. Below are some of the things I would like to consider in addition to the normal receptacle for the boat lift. If anyone has any pictures they care to share that would be awesome!

1. Some type of fan(s) (either ceiling or wall mounted).
2. Some lighting to illuminate the dock opening at night (LED or FLOOD).
3. Some lighting for illuminating the swim area and ladder as well as walkway at night (LED or FLOOD).
4. A light overhead for working on the boat at night.
5. Possible low level lighting for hanging out on the dock at night but not attracting bugs.
6. I'd like a remote that I can turn on one of the lights from the house if I hear something at night.

Any feedback on any item is appreciated.

I installed this for my inlaws for the light posts that run along their driveway. It works great so far. Has a pretty good distance. You can order key fobs to turn everything on that switch circuit on / off, they also have wall switches as well.

As for path lighting, pretty impressed so far with these little led's I did around my deck

They are only 19mm, but work great!
