Does anyone know if these wave overhead rails (Not sure of the name) can added to an older Bennington?

Aren't the side panels also reinforced to handle the weight, vibrations, and such of the arch? I always thought so, but don't have 1st hand knowledge of it being written in stone somewhere
 
My 2014 open arch was not .Each side was mounted through the floor at for points ,the floor was reinforced at those points
