Finally, sigh, we had some decent weather Memorial Day weekend. So I installed our new Doggie Dock ramp. I purchased the quick release mounting kit in addition to the ramp itself. Installation was a breeze, maybe 10 minutes. The ramp fits over a cleat and I installed the mounting kit (two small drill holes) to stabilize it.

The ramp is very stable. The quality is good. And it took two minutes before my dogs were using it. Fortunately, the ramp fits in my dock box. But when carrying it on board, I just lay it flat on the carpet and walk on it. No big deal. I didn't try putting it inside my center tube. It's heavy enough that it might be a pain to get out anyway.

The downside is it's expensive. And there's nothing better than a dog shaking off right next to you. The upside is it works - the first time. And that's got to be worth something.

PICS !!!!!! :)
