Drain, what’s happening if it rain and the pontoon is not covered ?

Possibly voiding parts of your warranty for not using the cover.

What Jack said on that end of it. On the other, the boat will get rained on and saturated. Areas that might absorb water (fabrics, etc…) will. Compartments that can drain out will. Those areas that cannot will have standing water.

We are often caught in some heavy monsoons, but they are followed with hot, dry days. Cover or Double Bimini is always up. We have not had an issue with the Simtex fabric absorbing water, it beads extremely well. We have seen a small river flow from the front of the boat to the rear of the boat - with a lot dropping into the center tube. My auto bilge pump is hard wired direct to the batteries for this reason - so it just get's pumped out.

After many heavy rains fall every thing was ok
Covered and okay, or leaving it uncovered and in the short run looks okay? Big difference between the two. If uncovered and just seeing how it will do in big rains, eventually it will compromise upholster, and certainly lead to significant mold issues with time. Just putting that out there for you to cover your bases.
