How To Remove Model Number From Outside Front Panel?

The model number looks like it's made from vinyl. I'm guessing a good heat gun will loosen them so I can pull them off. Can anyone confirm?

Peels off pretty easy on a hot day with direct sunlight. Might need a little goo gone to get rid of any residual stickiness.

Maybe he's gonna change it to an "R". When I worked for Mercedes, you'd be surprised at how many people would change their S500 to an S600 by changing that one number. S600 was a V-12.

IMO that would be pretty lame. Reminds me of a video on you tube of a guy with a v6 mustang and GT-R badge on it. Then he said it had a rotary engine.....

Maybe he wants a different color.
