How To Remove Yamaha F150B Cowling?

After I unlatch the two cowling front latches I can move the cowling up about 8" on the front before encountering serious resistance. It feels like it's still attached at the back when I'm trying to remove it so I'm guessing that's normal and will release once the front is lifted high enough. Why am I running into resistance and what do I need to do to get cowling free?

Thanks.

Push it back as you're lifting up.

There is one latch on the front and a latch on each side of the back corners. I've taken mine off several times. Its a bit heavy and hugs the block tightly so there is some resistance. I've never experienced a feeling of it snagging on something inside.

I didn't know about the third latch. Thanks!
