Mercury 90 HP Trim Tab Question

Hello, We just took delivery on our new 25LFBS0P with a 90HP Mercury Command Thrust, no Power Assist Hydraulic Steering. Just standard, It's hard to turn to the left and is not tracking straight. Looked at the motor and there is no trim tab. Could this be the issue? I'm getting conflicting answers. I talked to my dealer about this and he said that the new motors don't need trim tabs anymore. Some articles I've read say if have assisted steering trim tabs are not used.
Should there be a trim tab on my motor?
