I was wondering the same thing.
I saw a boat at my marina that had them clipped in in the back and looped over the Bimini.
I think it's to keep water from pooling on the back of cover.

This may be what you are looking for, If it's like our 20slx there should be two places on the rear of the cover to snap the strap into, the strap snaps in one side, goes up over the Bimini and snaps into the other side, adjust the strap snug to raise the cover so water won't pool if it rains, crude but it works,
