Pop up cleat

I exchanged one of the standard cleats for a pop up style. I only did one so far as I ordered it online and wasn’t sure it would fit. It was the right spacing but I had to use a 1 3/8 hole saw to accommodate the large attaching bolts. I changed it mostly to prevent broken toes when people jump off into the lake.

Nice work! I did the same thing last year. I am very happy with the upgrade but it was nerve racking drilling thru the rail.
