Small tear in playpen cover

Hello all, I have small tear in my brand new playpen cover. Anyone have any suggestions to fix it? Do they make a "patch kit" or something?

I would Google this. Bound to be something out there. I have used upholstery needles and sewn up tears before. Steve

You can also find a canvas shop to repair it being it is brand new.
