I'd check with your dealer. I had a similar issue with one of my fiberglass boats, it was the sending unit. There is a little float on a spiral stainless steel band that "floats" at the fuel level. In my case there was something caught on it so it was stuck...on full (boy that would have been nice, always a full tank!). I ended up pulling the cap off on the tank and finding it myself. Not sure how these work however so probably best to check in with the dealer. Let us know, I ordered mine with the same digital display so it will be good to know the outcome in case I have the same issue.
