I put a new bimini frame on my boat - same thing. Pick up a car trim remover (plastic) for a couple bucks off Amazon. I keep one on the boat to pry it if it sticks - won't scratch / damage the aluminum.

Yup, was planning to. Figured having the measurements would make it a lot simpler. Even with measurements I'll test fit it prior to drilling. Appreciate the input.

Thanks for the response. I agree with the weight bunks would be ideal - just trying to figure out how I deal with the center toon configuration (flattening out at the back end). Any thoughts on how to deal with that? Thanks
