I lived at Yacht Cove near the water turbines and there is fuel just across the lake. At least there was a few years back. I love Lake Murray!

I purchased a used 19' Bennington saltwater-version pontoon. I was wondering what the difference is between the fresh and salt water version. Any info on this would be appreciated.

My 19 foot Bennington has a 70 HP Yamaha and this is the prop that came with it: 13 1/2 X 9 K. The RPM almost maxes out.

Jack, maybe the one or two (might have been the same one) I saw on the water may have been an old one. I had a double decker (30' SunTracker Party Cruiser) but even that didn't cover the lower deck completely. I guess I'll just have to keep looking and learning. Thanks for your input, Jack.

I understand your confusion, Scott. Either would work fine. As an afterthought I remember seeing a one-piece hardtop which realistically would be ideal, next preference would be a one-piece full length canvas (Bimini) cover followed by an extension. Thanks for the follow-up. Mike

I would like to replace my Bimini top with a full length HARD TOO. I know they exist as I've seen a couple of other pontoons on the water. I just don't know where to buy one. Any ideas? Thanks, Mike
