    Lake Norman low lake levels!

Scott - I understand it is less about the "law" vs Water Rights and Contractual Agreements. It is a fascinating series of issues, where downstream agriculture started a 100+ years ago, then, using some rather crazy laws at the time (politics?), were given a high priority water right, which...

Flooring Issue, Bennington wont cover under warranty?

WOW - I don't think we have seen that type of issue - lots of staining, a bit of fraying - BUT YOU have complete disintegration!?

    2025 M22 Bimini coming loose

My Bimini instructions were clear on the 30mph limit. But then I got the Cable Stays and ZERO issues, a bit pricey but well worth it.

    Another Speed/Performance Question

In perfect conditions, downstream, my 26LX with the 2021 M350 V8 will hit 47, 4 people, 50% gas (60gal), double bimini up, trim way up. So, depending on wind and lake chop - your 42 seems right with the extra weight (gas, gas tank, Rx features, Arch).

    Fuel fill options

I fill up at a dockside pump - I have to hold the handle upside down - no idea why it works, but it does.

Question on shore station bunks vs rails 2006 Bennington 2875 RLX

Great engineering / design question - but the easy answer is: less is more! Less stress on the boat has to be better - so why not go bunks and let your Benny Rest as it was designed. Imaging the weight just hanging there 300 plus days per year - seems like something to avoid when possible.

    9% Average Annual Price Increase

So, fun to rebuild my boat, look at new options, dream of a twin engine (gas prices, maybe not). Actually, the only two items I see that I LOVE are the LillyPad ladder (an easy upgrade) and the collapsible Guard Rail. Purchased in 2021, current pricing has increased by an average of 9% per...

    Bilge pump operation

My switch does not have a light, but I had the pump re-routed direct to the battery. Monsoons hit the front deck, wash down through the center, down the center toon storage access panel, and can fill my center toon quickly (and that is with the mooring cover on the double bimini up).

Plastic Molded - color fade in one year

Why no UV protectors - those front panels take a beating from the sun! My mooring cover does not go very far on the front or sides - it is not clear about yours - any pictures? But, it seems that one side of your Benny is definitely getting direct sun, through the cover or not - I would think...

Towing tubes with our 2018 23RSB with a Mercury 300 Verado supercharged motor

I also have the Ski Pylon and regularly tow 3 adults on a wing. Never an issue.

    Alumetron vs Sharkhide on Pontoon

Well, these are party boats and sometimes you just have to put it on the shore.......:):rolleyes:

    Subwoofer placement

My research indicates that the RotoMold seats will significantly reduce sound transfer from a Sub. The thick plastic absorbs a lot of energy as the sound passes through, whereas the Switch Back and fiberglass helm are open to the plywood floor, which actually spreads the sound and adds to the...
