WOW - I don't think we have seen that type of issue - lots of staining, a bit of fraying - BUT YOU have complete disintegration!?

My Bimini instructions were clear on the 30mph limit. But then I got the Cable Stays and ZERO issues, a bit pricey but well worth it.

My switch does not have a light, but I had the pump re-routed direct to the battery. Monsoons hit the front deck, wash down through the center, down the center toon storage access panel, and can fill my center toon quickly (and that is with the mooring cover on the double bimini up).

Why no UV protectors - those front panels take a beating from the sun! My mooring cover does not go very far on the front or sides - it is not clear about yours - any pictures? But, it seems that one side of your Benny is definitely getting direct sun, through the cover or not - I would think...

I also have the Ski Pylon and regularly tow 3 adults on a wing. Never an issue.
