Bimini Water: I would conclude the bimini frame is not adjusted to tighten up the canvas enough. I have to use a rubber mallot to get the right tension, just a few small taps but enough to make a big difference. A water repellent on the boot might also help, especially around the seems.
I don't believe the pontoons come with plugs? My center toon with storage gets wet from occupants, rain, and spilled drinks. Most of it drains out to the back (from the storage section, into the fuel section, out with the bilge). When not using and covered, I leave the storage door open.
No - I have read that an AMP install makes a huge difference. Then adding a moderate Sub is the next update. After that, it is a complete speaker and wire replacement - that gets really pricey and if done right, then you need a big or multiple amps. I don't much extra room for a Sub - so...
