Stating the obvious, but have you stopped over to discuss with him about it? If you have and he still is doing it, I would look into other options. I don't believe there are any state ordinances for music, but your township/city might.

Thanks for all of that information chateau, I was considering Orion Marine as we are on the lake, but I have heard many not so great things about them. I have heard good news about Anderson and will probably call them for a quote and also universal storage.
