    Yamaha instrumentation acting up

2019 23 Q with Yamaha 250. Just put back in the water after a warranted touch up on my toon protection. My readouts started swing a bit crazy in values but never lost power or blipped off. Has anyone experienced this? I think it may be internal to instrument as a wiring issue I think...

What is the best way to clean and then apply bottom paint on pontoons, and best product to use, thanks

Yes sir, I need to be more clear. Mine is Hull Jacket. I just use Metal Jacket as a generic term but it is a different product.

Well I am probably the most frequent poster here on Metal Jacket. There is a thread somewhere on the forum with pictures. When I joined this forum it was Sharkhide all the way. I went with the top Metal jacket option and my boat stays in fresh water all year. Wow it is amazing and it cleans...

    Pontoon protection Metal Jacket XL

Jack I actually do not know. The boat cleaned up amazing with just a scrub brush, some elbow grease and the cleaner Frank recommended. I had the dealer do that as I want to see how the entire area of the toons would clean up and needed it lifter to do that. That was after a year on only one...

    Help need tow bar

That is why the Turbo Swing is so good. Select the right size, not structural changes to the boat to install and installs on a very storn part on the boats stern. And no interference when adjusted properly. No I do not work nor endorse them :-)

    Pontoon protection Metal Jacket XL

Absolutely not. One of my first posts on this thread has close up of the toons after the application. Any part not in the water looks like the day I picked it up.

    Pontoon protection Metal Jacket XL

Jack Yes they do scuff the toons to better adhesion. Pbakk If I had Sea Legs or a lift I would have polished the toons for my purposes as it would not "stay" in the water like mine does.

    Pontoon protection Metal Jacket XL

Jack I will find out if they scuffed them. The coating is the entire toon so not just under and near water line. I will take before and after pictures when I clean them this weekend. The first real test of how they clean up. As you can see in the pics from the lake when I did my one quick...

    Pontoon protection Metal Jacket XL

Well mine was about $4000 here in Charlotte area and they did an excellent job. I had them do a few other things so it may have been $3800 for just that. Tax included.
