Picked up boat last Monday and taking her out tomorrow.

The dealer told me adding strakes to the outer tubes would let the boat get on plane faster and plane at slower speeds but would not do much for the top speed. Is this true?

just ordered a 22ssi express package strakes on center tube only with a 115 merc. Never had a pontoon before and I was wondering what to expect in the way of performance.
