I am new to this and it might already exist, however I would like to see some type of alternative generator i.e. solar (panel) or hydro (turbine) to charge a battery pack for accessories.

Thank you for the recommendations and the pics. I spoke with Garmin directly as well, their recommendation was the Echomaps 43vd. I will let you know if I decide to go that route and also how it turns out. Thank you again.

I want to upgrade my flush mount Echo 100 to a system that has fish finder and GPS features. Any suggestions that would require very little wiring changes and can be flush mounted? I currently have a transom mount on a 20 SLX.

I am new to the boating world and a new boat owner. I just had a new 2014 20 slx delivered memorial weekend. My question is the mooring cover snaps do not always line up, is there a trick to putting it on? Should I start at the bow or stern of the boat? Thanks
