It does not look like the whole bimini frame needs to be replaced just the forward facing bar.

Can you take a picture and post it? I have seen damage to outboard skegs from being drug on the ground while being pulled by a forklift and it is never that severe. Usually the damage is limited to one inch of the bottom of the skeg with maybe a slight bend to the sharp edge on the end. Lets see...

They are not required by Bennington to service/warranty your boat. If at all possible I would always try to buy from the local dealer that I would be taking my boat into for service and warranty repair. You want the leverage that comes it.

I have seen them repaired all the time and you never know it was damaged. I would give them the opportunity to fix it first.

Have you communicated through email with them before? I would pick up the phone and call them or just stop by before I start shooting off complaints.

Also what RPM does the engine read at idle? I am surprised you are able to reach max RPM with that much weight on board.

Hello Steealer fans and welcome to the forum. The Bennington recommended prop for your boat is the 13 5/8 x 13 prop. Part # 6E5-45949-00-00 Max RPM is around 6000.
