Oh, I agree, I beach mine daily all summer and no scratches. I just don't know if I could stomach my toons looking all scratched up.

Some of the painted toons in my area look nice but these people take care of there stuff. Many of the boats with painted toons are all scratched up.

My boats sit on a lift all summer. My Sharkhide lasted years on my old boat. I put 2 coats myself on my new boat last year and the toons look like they never were in the water. I am on a fresh water lake that is very clean.

Something doesn't seem right. Correct me if I'm wrong but max rpm on that engine is 6000? If so your WOT of 4700 is actually lugging your engine. You need to be higher rpm's. The lower limit rpm's at WOT is supposed to be 5000, but that is still too low.

That's a huge difference in performance between basic cable steering and power assist. I don't think I'd ever entertain owning a large boat with basic cable steering. Now for most people and a better representation would be the choice between hydraulic steering and power assisted hydraulic...

If engine isn't already installed I'd tell them to raise it a hole. I bought one last year off the dealership floor not rigged yet and told them to mount it one hole up. My first Benny I had them mount it two holes up. Most of the time they will put it as low as it goes which most of the time...

If someone is building a boat online, this is one of the MUST haves in my opinion.
