I mounted mine from the front to rear weld seams and had to cut a couple of feet off of each side...seems like more than 16 ft considering it's a 24 ft boot. Might use the scrap for another project but will take some soldering/splicing?

Not sure (by year) if they're all set up the same. I unplugged the hot (orange) and ground (black) and piggybacked them onto the new incoming harness wires and plugged them back in. Easy-peasy.

I hope these copied okay. Just shows how impressively low my boat was riding with the right toon filling with water. The latest news is the boat is being looked at this week and they seem to think the seam can be welded. Ugh. Hopefully back by Memorial Day.
