Copperline,
That was exactly what I thought too. I closed off the area under the sink that water was coming in but it only stopped that one area. We still have a large amount on water coming from under the lounger across from the helm and smaller wet areas in front of the under floor storage...
Thanks for all the input. Sounds like a trip to the dealer is in order. Glad to hear it sounds like this can be resolved. Other than mold is there any problem waiting a few weeks and just putting up with wet floors? Middle of June would be much more convenient in our schedule to be without...
The floor of our new 2550 RBR ESP has been getting wet from below. If I drive at any speed other than idle we get 3 wet spots on our carpet. One is back under the lounge chair across from the helm and the other two are just in front and to the sides of the under floor storage locker. We had sea...
I liked ivory but my wife wanted java. Java was a good call. Looks very nice and after using the Benny for a few weeks, I am glad we have java. It is still light in color but better at hiding dirt.
I have the 250 Verado too, and my dealer said it is only $30/ month. That can't be much.....right? I took a pass for now too. My only experience with an extended warranty was on my Mastercraft and in the end it left me completely unsatisfied. Never seem to cover what was broken or wrong with...
Keithkz,
Could you send me a pic of your bunk guides? I have a wakeboard boat with them and it makes loading so much easier. I haven't tried loading my Benny yet but I can see that it may be a challenge. I would like an idea as to what they look like on the trailer. Thanks.
Nice taste! I love your boat. It is almost identical to mine except no sea grass (was my first choice but wife liked the teak look) and we deleted the fridge. I saw mine for the first time on Friday. It looks a lot bigger in the dealer shop than it did at the boat show!
Too bad you couldn't have received my build time. I ordered mine in mid Feb. and it was at the dealer in about 4 weeks. We have no use for it until early May due to this horrible winter. I even told the dealer not to rush it. It has been sitting at the dealer under plastic wrap since then. As I...
Congrats on the boat! I like your choice in models. It is our favorite too. My 2550 RBR showed up yesterday but I am going to leave it in the wrap a few more weeks until winter is finally gone here.
I went with the 250 Mercury Verado Pro but it was a close choice with the Yamaha 250 SHO. Honestly I don't know why I picked the Mercury over the Yamaha. Both engines seemed to be good choices. My dealer seems to sell more of the Mercury motors in our area but the other dealer sells more...
Off Call,
Great question! I am also considering adding sea legs to mine when it comes in. My dealer told me the wave shield would have to be removed but they haven't had any problems with the boats that have the shield off. I am reluctant due to the price my dealer gave me ($9180 installed)...
I think that was a wise decision. I went through the same process. Started at the 200 hp then figured would be better to get the 6 cylinder and the price difference from the 225 to 250 was minor so decided on 250 Verado too.
Same here. Ordered one last weekend with ESP and a 250 hp Mercury. Can't wait to get it but won't be able to use it for 2 months yet due to the fact I almost live in Canada. Enjoy that boat. I bet you will love it!
