ignition switch

I have a 2015 2575 RWC with a volvo penta inboard. The ignition key switch is frozen. I have been looking for a replacement for weeks now. Bennington dealer sends me to Volvo dealer, volvo dealer sends me back to bennington dealer. I need help finding an OEM switch.

Does anyone know how to remove the external cover from the ignition switch housing on a 2010 Bennington 2050 GL?  By the external cover I mean the piece that surrounds the keyhole and has the Bennington logo and "Start", "Run", etc. printed on it. I'm not sure how this happened, but the first...
