I'm a new member to the site as we became owners of a 07 QXi 2275 about a month ago. Love the pontoon and am having a great time with it. A few days ago the lower arm on the front gate started to bind and required two hands to guide the gate closed. Looking in the limited space along the travel path of the gate arm, I am able see that the bolt and nut attaching the lower arm have come off. My question is how do gain access to the mounting arm which is inclosed between the seat mounting tub, the bow metal and an impresive trim piece in the walk through between the seat and the bow metal. This gate does not open in as most gates do. It opens out and up.
