2023 R series Pontoon. Had grandkids out on boat, went to air up the inner tube and the 12V outlet (cigarette lighter type plug) doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong? Are there any switches that need to be turned on or something to make it work? Very frustrated.
We have a Master electrical switch on the dash that controls the Simrad, Kicker stereo, lights etc. Do you have this or an Accessories switch that must be on before your 12V plug works??? Only thing I can think of....
Did you check your fuse / breakers ?
Have you checked under your helm to make sure its connected ? At times things can come loose during transport .

All fuses / breakers appear to be good. No access to it under the helm without significant disassembly, which I don't want to do on a boat with only 8 hours on it. Next stop is the dealer...thanks.
Hi I have a Bennington 2023 S Tritoon with 12v cigarette lighter in the left dash area. . The problem I have is the bottom plate on the dash installed 12 volt female lighter keeps coming off when I plug in an 12v male plug into the lighter, the little round bottom plate goes down about 1/4 inch and it will not work. I have to reach under the dash, push the bottom black plastic round plate with all the wires plugged in UP and then it works. It really sucks and I will have to ask my dealer to send me another one under warranty. I just hate to drive 20 miles with the boat on the trailer to get it replaced. If I knew the part number or could find a replacement on line I would just buy it.
I had a similar issue and was able to send a few pictures to my dealer via email and they mailed the replacement to me. Much easier for both us and it worked. Maybe worth a try?
