When the vinyl gets stained like that bleach doesn't help at all. I have tried lots of products to help. The only thing that work was restaining the vinyl last year. It has held up well this year.
Who makes Daybreak? Nothing on google

I don't have a mildew problem, but want to have some of that on hand just in case. Sign me up for a bottle.
