I have a 2012 yamaha F90LA running a 13 5/8 x 14 propeller since day one. looking to see if anyone with same setup running different propeller

There are two results for Bennington 22' S series with the TEPP and F90 engine in the Yamaha Outboards Performance Bulletins.

First one is a 22SSX using a Talon stainless steel 13.125 x 14 prop, top speed 30 MPH at 6000 RPM.

Second one is a 22SSLX using a Performance Series stainless steel 13.25 x 14 prop, top speed 29 MPH at 5900 RPM.

That's about all the help that I can provide.
There should be a handful of folks on here with similar setups as yours, so hopefully they'll chime in with their real-world observations and thoughts.

My 13 5/8x 14 propeller which came with boat seems to be right about on the money, thank you for your input enjoy the fest of the summer
