The bow seat gate filler piece works and fits perfectly in the bow. But because the side gate is about 4 inches wider than the bow gate the filler piece for is about 4 inches short of filling the side gate space. Is it possible to get a side gate filler piece from Bennington that fits that space well? What might be the other alternatives to filling that 4 inch gap?
That's why it's called a bow gate seat, not a port gate seat. Mine has a gap too, I just center it and it's not a big deal. I haven't heard of any other official piece available to fill that gap. At least you're not amongst those with a gap too small to put the seat there.
